Locals award service pins

Inspector Dave Berger (l.) presents a 70-year membership pin to his grandfather, Clarence Berger. Clarence, who recently celebrated his 97th birthday, began his Boilermaker career in 1940 working for Western Pipe and Steel as a shipyard helper. He was a member of Local 6 (Oakland, Calif.).
