Conectiv praises L-13 power plant work

[Letter addressed to BM-ST James Banford Jr.]

THE MEMBERS OF Boilermakers Local Lodge 13 [Philadelphia] on the Conectiv Delta site [a 545-MW combined cycle power plant currently under construction in Delta, Pennsylvania]... have represented your organization well and sustained a level of professionalism and commitment to safety aligned with your established objectives. Even through the severe winter of 2009-2010, your members’ participation [continued] and the project has been able to stay on track from both a schedule and cost basis. The quality of work on this site continues to meet or exceed expectations and, overall, the work force is trained, disciplined, and cooperative.

Your efforts and the allegiance of your members to the success of the Conectiv Delta Project are greatly appreciated.
