A SHORT DOCUMENTARY video produced by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) captures the tragedy that is unfolding at Northrop Grumman’s Avondale shipyard in Louisiana. At least 4,500 people employed at the facility will lose their jobs when the company closes the yard in 2013. Nearly a thousand Boilermakers (members of Local 1814 in Bridge City, La.) will be among those devastated by the closing.
