Participate in UMWA’s International Day of Action: Join the fight for fairness

Since April 1, brothers and sisters at United Mine Workers of America have been engaged in an unfair labor practice strike against Warrior Met Coal in Alabama. Now entering month eight, it is one of the longest strikes this century. The miners and their families won’t back down as they continue to hold the line and provide support for one another.

Boilermakers are invited to support striking brothers and sisters during the International Day of Action on Thursday, November 18 in multiple locations across the U.S. Informational picketing will be held in front of some of the biggest players in their fight for a fair contract at Warrior Met Coal. If you are in the area, we urge you to attend in solidarity. The details for each location are as follows:
