Referral rules change Dec. 15

Domicile/dispatch requirements clarified

EFFECTIVE DEC. 15, 2016, clarifications to the Uniform Referral Standards and Joint Referral Rules concerning U.S. construction lodge joint referral rules goes into effect. The National Joint Rules and Standards Committee has issued amendments that apply to Article 5, Registration, clarifying what is required to change an applicant’s domicile or dispatching local.
