Philly Mayor and Congress members push for work at Philly Shipyard

ACCORDING TO A March 19, 2019 article in The Inquirer, work is underway by Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney and members of Congress to win a U.S. Department of Transportation contract for a new training ship at Philly Shipyard (Local 19).
