Construction sector lodge leaders meet for business manager training

Eighteen business managers attended training in Kansas City

New Construction Sector Business Managers met for comprehensive training at Boilermakers’ Headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri, May 5-7. Boilermaker staff led the three-day training, covering a wide range of topics new lodge leaders need to know for successful lodge management. Some of the topics covered included Local Joint Referral Rules and MBDS, comprehensive teaching on the M.O.R.E. Work Investment Fund and an overview of the union’s structure and its policies and procedures.
