PA AFL-CIO spotlights L-13 apprenticeship program


L-13’s John Cawley competes in a past Boilermakers National Apprenticeship Program (BNAP) competition.

In an effort to showcase union apprenticeship, the Pennsylvania AFL-CIO featured the Local 13 (Philadelphia) program on their website recently.
