Clint Penny, International Secretary-Treasurer
Kansas City, Mo. (August 27, 2024)— On Sunday, August 26, 2024, Kathy Stapp resigned her position as International Secretary-Treasurer for the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers.
As required by the International Brotherhood Constitution, the International Executive Council has elected a new officer to serve the remainder of the unfulfilled term. The IEC is pleased to announce Clint Penny as International Secretary-Treasurer.
Prior to accepting the new role, Penny served as Business Manager/Secretary Treasurer of Local Lodge 11 (Helena, Montana). He is a third-generation Boilermaker and has served the membership of his local lodge for three consecutive terms as Business Manager/Secretary Treasurer. Penny also has served as President of the Montana State Building Trades since 2021.
“We wish Sister Stapp well, and we look forward to working closely with Brother Penny as he serves our members and makes certain the finances of our Brotherhood are sound,” said International President Timothy Simmons.
